During the implementation of your document management system, you may have questions or need some assistance. In addition, you will want to make sure that you always have the most up-to-date release of OptiDoc, plus upgrades as they become available. We strongly recommend that you protect and maximize your software investment with a OptiDoc Support and Maintenance Plan, which includes the following:

  • Product Upgrades*
  • Priority support via toll-free phone or email
  • Access to updates and maintenance releases of the software
  • Replacement of lost or damaged media

*Your upgrades apply to your registered product lines. For example, if you've licensed OptiDoc without any optional modules, you will be entitled to an upgrade to the next version release of OptiDoc only. If you have also licensed any or all optional modules, you will be entitled to upgrades of those modules. Upgrades under the Support and Maintenance Plan do not increase your number of licenses for OptiDoc and any optional modules.
