The system administration module is the foundation for document based business and workflow processing. OptiDoc allows for distributed capture but provides the ability for Centralized Administration.

OptiDoc makes it easy to perform system administration functions. A friendly interface is used to manage the enterprise document management process. You define scanning profiles that determine the method of document capture. When capturing documents the, scanning profiles determine which document fields are available for indexing. In addition, scanning profiles ensure that remote sites adhere to standards set forth by the organization.
