WORKSTATION

The OptiDoc2 workstation application is highly versatile, feature packed, and
user friendly. It is capable of driving all types of scanners,
including ISIS and TWAIN, taking advantage of hardware and software
based DSP functions and filters.

The OptiDoc2 workstation allows the user to correct and manipulate
images, on the fly, or as needed. In addition, the user can add
pages to an existing document or rescan individual pages inside of
existing scan batches. |

The OptiDoc2 workstation can perform automated indexing and field validating
operations. It can recognize up to 20 barcodes types, including 2D
PDF417 barcodes. These features speed up overall data entry and
guarantee data accuracy.

The OptiDoc2 workstation can perform ultra fast field SQL searching and
sophisticated state of the art, Full Text and English Language
searching.

The OptiDoc2 workstation allows the user to update or change their password from
the user interface.

The OptiDoc2 workstation implements a standard Windows MDI user interface. Each window
is completely configurable within the workspace and allows the user to alter the screen
layouts, positions, colors, and fonts and behaviors.

results to an external program i.e., Microsoft Word or Excel or other data
processing applications.

The security administration application program is
designed to be intuitive and user friendly. As an administrator you
can log into the security application and make changes to any user
